Returns Policy

With proof of a course schedule change and receipt, a full refund will be made to your original form of payment if requested by the fourth class day. For Spring 2025, the final return date will be Thursday, January 16th.   This is the last day UT Austin will refund tuition.

No refunds on unwrapped loose-leaf books or shrink-wrapped titles that do not have the wrapping intact.

No refunds on Digital Content once accessed.

Textbooks must be in original condition.

No refunds or exchanges without original receipt.

Print books must be mailed, at owner’s expense, to Greenbelt Press, 11629 Menchaca Road, Suite B, Austin, TX 78748.
